• Lunch/General Session
  $12,500
  You can sponsor the meal and lunchtime keynote speaker at the conference and receive the opportunity to address the audience for up to 10 minutes by someone from your organization. With this sponsorship opportunity, your organization can place promotional materials on the General Session tables for attendees to take during lunch. You will also receive a full-page color ad in the conference program, and your color logo on the conference website.
  
  
• Conference Totes
  $10,000
  Sponsor the conference totes, and your organization's name and logo will be placed on the outside of the tote for everyone to see throughout this 2-day conference.
  
  
• Conference Binders
  $4,000
  Sponsor the binders given to all conference attendees, and receive your organization's name and logo on the front of each binder. These binders will be used by attendees throughout the conference to hold materials received during workshops.
  
  
• Name Badges
  $2,500
  Everyone at the conference will receive a name badge that they will wear throughout the day. As a sponsor of the name badges, your organization will receive your name and logo on the name badge worn by each attendee.
  
  
• Advertisements in Conference Brochure
  $400-$1,000 each
  Advertisements in the conference brochure are available in the following sizes:
  • quarter-page ad ($400)
  • half-page ad ($750)
  • full-page ad ($1,000)
  
  
• Company Inserts
  $250 per insert
  Place your flyers, brochures, postcards, or coupons in the conference bags for attendees. They will receive this bag upon registering for the conference. We will need to receive your material(s) no later than January 31, 2011.
  
  
• Conference Scholarships
  $225 each
  Take this opportunity to sponsor an individual who might not otherwise be able to afford this great learning opportunity. Your organization's name will be listed as a scholarship sponsor on a poster in the registration area on both days of the conference.
