  • Online Registration
    Registration is available online at www.regonline.com/2011_roots_conference. For a printed copy of the registration form, contact Kari Wilson or Maria Magallanes, Roots Conference Coordinators, at (559) 732-5302 or info@rootsconference.org.

  • Payment Methods
    Registration fees may be made by check, purchase order or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Registration without a purchase order number is acceptable; however, payment is due by the registration period deadline. Make checks and purchase orders payable to "Roots Collective".

  • Cancellations
    Cancellations must be made by February 4, 2011. A 20% cancellation fee will apply. All cancellations must be made in writing to Kari Wilson or Maria Magallanes, Roots Conference Coordinators, at info@rootsconference.org or by faxing (559) 732-5691.
    If you have paid your registration and do not attend the conference or fail to cancel by February 4, your registration fees will be forfeited. No refunds will be made.

  • Changing Registration/Attendee Names
    You may substitute an alternate attendee name for a previously registered person by re-entering the online registration with your login and password. Cancellation fees will not apply. Changes can be made at any time prior to the conference or onsite during the conference.
