We appreciate your interest in becoming an exhibitor at the Roots Conference. Please review the details below to help you with planning.

  • Set Up
    Wednesday, February 16, 12:00 - 9:00pm

  • Conference
    Thursday, February 17, 7:30am - 5:00pm
    Friday, February 18, 7:30am - 5:00pm

  • Clean Up
    Friday, February 18, 3:45 - 9:00pm

Exhibit Hall Viewing

There will be multiple opportunities to connect with participants, including during all of the conference breaks and breakfasts. There will also be several hours throughout the day to network with conference attendees. Please see the conference schedule for more details.


Booth Options

For details on booth locations throughout the convention center, please see the Facility Map.
  • Sequoia Package ($850)
    100 square feet
    10' x 10' booth
    Includes: All conference meals, up to 2 conference registrations, access for 2 individuals to attend both receptions, and the name of your company on the website and in the conference program.

  • Kings Package ($620)
    80 square feet
    8' x 10' booth
    Includes: All conference meals, 2 conference registrations, access for 2 individuals to attend both receptions, and the name of your company on the website and in the conference program.

Set Up and Freight Handling

The show colors are teal and white. The Convention Center Halls are carpeted (brown).

Accomodations

A list of conference room rate hotel accomodations can be found at www.visitvisalia.org. Please be sure to book your accomodations early as hotel space surrounding the Visalia Convention Center is limited and sells out quickly, especially at Comfort Inns and Suites and Marriott Hotel which are within walking distance of the conference.
